I'm a therapist, a woman, a human, and a person with hardships. I know, personally and professionally, what it takes to do the work to heal trauma, overcome depression and anxiety, and diminish shame - all so you can find your freedom and live the life you want.
I use everything I have in our sessions to support your journey. I help you build awareness and insight into the tough areas of your life.
As your advocate for healing, I remind you why you've chosen this path, especially when it seems you're not making progress or it's just too hard to keep going.
I'm here to help you understand what doesn't make sense and learn to listen to yourself. I am here for you as you heal and shed your old self. We do this together so you can walk into the life you choose to create for yourself. This healing journey may not be easy, but it's worth it!
